How to Use

  1. Once assembled, place the large loop over your neck.
  2. Take the shoulder harness and position it over your lead shoulder. The logo should be on the top and outside of the shoulder.
  3. Move the strap from around your neck and place it under your trail arm.
  4. Secure the chest strap and tighten it so that it sits comfortably under your trail arm armpit and the shoulder harness is secure.
  5. You should feel a slight pinch in your shoulders, with the logo on the lead shoulder pointing towards the target.
  6. The radius strap has three colours: green (strongest), yellow (medium), and red (softest).
  7. Start with the red section for the softest resistance. Loop it over your lead thumb.
  8. Stretch the radius strap to create a comfortably extended position from the centre of your chest as you extend your arms away.
  9. As you train, remember to start with a narrow stance and push out to form the radius.
